How To Use CardOne Digital Business Card?

CardOne digital business card can be used in 4 ways:

Card (RFID/NFC technology)

You can order from us our beautifully designed physical business card (one card for a lifetime). This card has RFID/NFC technology which allows the physical card to transfer your contact information by touching any mobile phone device.

Card (QR code)

Our physical card also has a QR code printed on it. The QR code can be scanned with any mobile phone camera or QR code scanner. Once it is scanned, a link will open where they can see your contact details including name, phone number, email address, website, social profiles and many more. Then they can save all this information in their mobile phone contacts area. This is especially useful for those people who have older mobile phones without RFID/NFC technology built-in.

Phone case w/ QR Code

The third way to use our digital business card is to print your QR code on a customised phone case. There’s no need to open the app – simply show the back of your phone and let people scan the QR code. A link will open where they can see your contact details including name, phone number, email, website, social profiles and many more. Then they can save all this information in their mobile phone contacts area with a couple of clicks.

Now you can use the card via the app. If you want to tranfer your contact details to someone, simply open your vCard in the app and show the QR code. They can scan it and get your contact details. Also, you can share your card by clicking on the share button and sharing it through WhatsApp, text messages, email etc.

Our vision is towards eco-friendliness. Although we are using plastic material, still the card is eco-friendly. This is because if you produce one plastic card and use it for 10 years, it is better than using eco-friendly degradable cards that will break easily and will need to be replaced frequently. 

Ordering Process

First, purchase our physical card or phone case via our online shop.

After you complete the card/case buying process, please create a free account in card1.io or in our app.

Next, complete the profile by updating your contact information.

Now that your digital card profile is ready, send us the link to your card to info@card1.io and mention your order number from your order notification email.

We will now incorporate your digital business card in your physical business card via RFID/NFC/QR technology. If you are ordering a phone case, a QR code will be incorporated in the design.

Next, we will send the card/case to the shipping address you specified in your order. Voila! Your card is now with you!

Delivery Time

Card and Case

Delivery time can be 48h-72h hours after completing your digital business card profile and the card/case ordering process.

In some instances, it may take longer than this expected time. It depends on how smooth will be your profile creation process and our communication. Therefore, we highly recommend that after you purchase the card or case, please immediately create the free profile, fill it in and contact our team via chat or email at info@card1.io. Then the process will be much faster and more efficient.
